"The Woman Behind the Wisdom." Karishma Gupta is a certified health coach and the visionary behind Health Spell. After years of battling PCOD, fatigue, and chronic inflammation, she discovered the healing power of nutrition. Through rigorous self-experimentation and research, she crafted solutions that worked, then turned them into formulas to help others heal too.
From One Healing Story to Thousands
Born from Coach Karishma’s struggle with PCOD, Health Spell grew from a kitchen table to thousands of homes in Nepal. What began as a personal journey became a brand devoted to clean, plant-based recovery.
